A. PAYMENT :

After made an order through phone, fax, email or online shopping cart, our sales reprenstative with call you regarding on the payment and shipping cost. Below is payment option that we use:

Currently, we only accept payment by cheque or by cash through Maybank ATM Cash Deposit machine, over the Bank Counter Deposit, ATM Machine using 3rd party transfer, or Fast Cheque Deposit Machine.

1. Cheque

Please make sure :

- Cheque payable to: APPLICATION UNIVERSE SDN BHD
- Payment must be in RINGGIT MALAYSIA (RM) and drawn on a Malaysia bank
- Post the printed ordered details and cheque to:

or you can use Maybank Fast Cheque Deposit Machine; by bank in to APPLICATION UNIVERSE SDN BHD Maybank Account No: (We will provide Application Universe Account Number to you after confirmation with the order)

AFTER you have made the payment by using Fast Cheque Deposit Machine, please email or fax to us the following details:
i. Screenshot or Printed of Maybank Bank Slip Receipt
ii . Screenshot or Printed of ordered details

2. Cash - Maybank ATM Cash Deposit machine, over the Bank Counter Deposit, or ATM Machine using 3rd party transfer

Please make sure :

- Deposit the total amount (RM) to APPLICATION UNIVERSE SDN BHD Maybank Account No: (We will provide Application Universe Account Number to you after confirmation with the order)

AFTER you have made the payment, please email or fax to us the following details:
i. Screenshot or Printed of Maybank Bank Slip Receipt
ii. Screenshot or Printed of ordered details

B. SHIPPING :

1. The shipment will be sent out in 1 to 2 days once receive the payment. If the payment is by cheque, the shipping will be right after the clearance of the cheque.

2. All tracing and tracking enquiries must be made within 14 days of the shipping date as informed. Any discrepancy on delivered shipment must be reported to us with 10 hours upon delivery by phone.

3. This item will only be delivered via courier services, buyer have to pay for the additional shipping and handling fees for major cities in West M'sia, East M'sia and other towns. We will only ship the item to you in Malaysia. Currently we not charge any shipping and handling fees within Klang Valley area.

4. We combine shipping and handling fees when all items are paid together.

5. The item will only be shipped out once we receive the payment by cash, if the payment is by cheque, the item will only be shipped out upon clearance of the cheque.

6. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
