HOW TO ORDER :

This site features an online Shopping Cart that enables you to order products online. You can also order by calling 03-87331734 / 03-87331736 or faxing 03-87331739. If you prefer, you can send an order by e-mail to sales@applicationuniverse.com.my. Be sure to have the product name, item code, and quantity of each item you wish to order, when you call or include this information in your fax. Our Customer Relations staff is available by phone or fax Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.


To order online using our Shopping Cart

The Shopping Cart is simple and easy to use. If you are a new visitor, we strongly encourage you to browse the site a little before you begin shopping. The Product (just click "Products" on the top menu bar) provides an overview of the different categories of products we offer and introduces you to all of the special series within each category.

The Shopping Cart features a order button function. You can call up this function by clicking on the Add to Cart image on the product.
When you click on , you will go to the Shopping Cart view, which will now show that item, along with any other items you may previously have added. To shop more, just click the "Continue Shopping" link. Repeat this process to add more items to the cart.

When you have added all of the items you want to order, click "Proceed to Checkout" and you will go to the "Proceed to Checkout " area. You will need to key in your full name, email address, phone number and full shipping address.

On the "Proceed to Checkout" page, verify that your personal information is correct. When you are sure the information is correct, click the "Place Order !" button at the bottom of the page. Then you will see the "Order Confirmation - Ordered Details " page. This page confirms that your order has been entered and sent to our sales represntative. You need to print the Ordered Details page for your future reference.
